We have added many new features at The Shopknuckleheads Store to enhance your shopping experience including more payment options, more product search choices, a shopping card hold and a password protected area where you can look at your order history, check the shipping status of current orders plus several other customizable areas. Here are the details of the new features:
Create An Account
You can now create an Account with a password protected Log In at ShopKnuckleheads. This will allow you to Log In and access your Account History, Order Status & Shipping Status, Wishlist, Update your Account Settings, set your Communication Preferences and access and manage other personalized features like your Address Book for shipping addresses.
Shopping Cart Hold Feature
Automatically displays when you log in (once you have set up an account) for any order you did not complete. This allows you to come back and finish your shopping at your convenience.
If you have not yet set up an account, the hold feature will remain active for xx days and display as long as you come back from the same computer and have not deleted cookies.
Product Search Enhancements
The Advanced Search feature has new options to pinpoint your search within the store including keywords, category, brands and price range.
The Product Finder has Additional choices to display the entire product line by price or alphabetically. You can also use deeper drop down lists to define what you are looking for by product general category (like apparel) and sub category (like lounge pants) and by character (like The Three Stooges) and you can even use your own keywords to refine your search.
Your Cart Display
All items added to your cart are displayed with the item description, quantity, price and item picture and a running order subtotal so you can see what is in the cart and the amount of your order as you shop.
New Payment Options
The ShopKnuckleheads Store has added PayPal to your payment options. You also have Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do accept mail orders with checks or money orders and you can call in an order and use any payment method.
If you have a Gift Certificate you can use it to pay, partial or in full, online. Any remaining balance on the Gift Certificate is remembered in the system and available for future use.
Wish List & Registry
Your Wish List also functions as a Registry. Email the list to friends and family and purchases made by recipients will update your list.
You also have a viewing option for your Wish L:ist that allows you to limit who can view your wishlist by using a password. If you create a password for viewing, you will need to provide it to anyone you want to see your list.
Billing & Shipping Address
Within your Account you can store a primary billing and shipping address and add additional shipping addresses
The Notes Section
At checkout you will see a Notes Section on the order. You can use this area to put in specific shipping instructions such as ‘Please Deliver to Side Door’ or Please deliver after 1:00 PM.
Reviews & Ratings
Once you have purchased an item you can write a review, rate the item, or both and your ratings and reviews will be displayed for other shoppers.
Online Gift Certificates
You determine the amount and the Gift Certificate goes directly to the recipient via email. Great for last minute shopping.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can ship from one order to multiple addresses at checkout. Example: Your purchase five items, each as a gift for a different person. You can ship each item to a separate address from the one order. Plus, as we stated earlier, you can then track all the shipments from the Order Summary section in your account.
Safe & Secure
Your security is very important to us, so you can be sure that we take extra care to insure that your shopping experience at ShopKnuckleheads is safe and secure. Your information is encrypted, secure and never released. You might have noticed the GoDaddy Secured Seal on the website. This means we have a Secure Sockets Layer Certificate and that your data is encrypted and protected. You will see a small lock at checkout confirming your security and protection, and the website address ‘https’ which indicates you are in a secure environment.
We also feature an additional layer of security from McAfee Security which fights to prevent cybercrime by conducting daily safety tests on our store site. McAfee has designed these tests to detect unwanted attacks based on comprehensive spam, adware and spyware scans. You can rely on the McAfee Shield at the top of our Home page which tells you that McAfee is testing our store site everyday for your safety and security. The McAfee Shield should give you confidence that your shopping experience at ShopKnuckleheads is safe and secure.
