Sometimes items become sold out and go on back order. As soon as we receive your item(s) in our warehouse, we will ship it right out to you. If you order here on the web, you will be given the option of splitting your order which contains available item(s) and item(s) on back order. If you split your order, all available item(s) will ship immediately to you in one order, and any back order item(s) will ship later on a separate order. Separate shipping charges will apply to each order. If you choose not to split your order, all item(s) will ship together when item(s) on back order are all ready to ship to you. (This will delay shipment of available items to you, but may save you some shipping charges.) You can check on the status of your back order by contacting our Customer Service Center.
Your e-mail is important to identify you as a Shop Knuckleheads customer. Your e-mail and secret password give you access to your Order Status and account information. We will maintain privacy of your e-mail address information, and will not grant access to third parties without your permission. Shop Knuckleheads will periodically update you on specials, promotions and catalog information. If you prefer not to hear from Shop Knuckleheads by e-mail, please advise our Customer Service Center.
Shop Knuckleheads Gift Certificates are not available at this time.
Gift wrapping is available. You may also want to include a gift message with your order. The gift message will be printed on the packing slip. The packing slip will not contain any information price information. For all gift deliveries, delivery address must be provided in shipping information, otherwise gift will be delivered to billing address.
If you made a mistake on the size of an item or you do not like what you received, simply return the item to us within thirty (30) days of receipt with your reasons for returning, and we'll be happy to exchange or refund your money (Special Orders excluded and excluding the cost of any return freight charges). Due to copyright regulations, video, audio and software titles that have been opened may only be exchanged for another copy of the same title. If we make a mistake on shipping you the wrong merchandise from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Center with an explanation within thirty (30) days, and we'll be happy to exchange or refund your order, plus shipping charges (Special Orders excluded). Please DO NOT return merchandise without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number just call 1-800-3STOOGES or request it via email at email@example.com.

Your information is encrypted, secure and never released. You might have noticed the GoDaddy Secured Seal on the website. This means we have a Secure Sockets Layer Certificate and that your data is encrypted and protected. You will see a small lock at checkout confirming your security and protection, and the website address ‘https’ which indicates you are in a secure environment.
We also feature an additional layer of security from McAfee Security which fights to prevent cybercrime by conducting daily safety tests on our store site. McAfee has designed these tests to detect unwanted attacks based on comprehensive spam, adware and spyware scans. You can rely on the McAfee Shield at the top of our Home page which tells you that McAfee is testing our store site everyday for your safety and security. The McAfee Shield should give you confidence that your shopping experience at ShopKnuckleheads is safe and secure.
All special orders have been designated with a "Special Order" message. A separate $15.00 fee will be applied to each Special Order item. Gift wrapping and rush delivery are not available for these items. No refunds available on Special Orders, exchanges only.
